Weather: Sunny with a couple of showers, breezy, low-80s
Highlights: Took care of paperwork and finances this morning, then walked around the marina and over to the adjoining boatyard to check out possibilities for off-season storage. Not impressed with the facilities - need to keep looking, I guess. Swung by the mini-mart to pick up some fixings for dinner, then back to the boat. While fishing/trolling over the past few months, we've caught several barracuda, which we always throw back (especially the bigger ones). Yesterday, on our way over from Viequez, we caught one that was about 30 inches long, and decided that since it wasn't too big (mercury poisoning issues), maybe we would fry it up and see how it turned out. Terry prepared the fillets, Amy fried it up in oils and spices, and served it up with fried plaintains, rice, and green beans. It was surprisingly delicious - meat was very flaky, not strong at all, and the meal was fabulous. Watched the last 2 episodes of Season 3 GoT, then a little bit of NetFlix before turning in for the night.
