Current Location: Clifton Bay, New Providence, Bahamas
Miles Traveled: 65 Weather: Sunny, calm (5-10 knots S), mid-80s Highlights: Woke up around 6AM this morning, raised anchor, and continued our motor-sail across the Bahama Banks and down to New Providence Island (Nassau). Weather continued to be perfect except the wind direction was still too much on the nose for sails alone. We averaged about 6 knots most of the day, and pulled into West Bay around 4:30. After dropping anchor, we decided the water was too perfect not to jump in, so we had a very refreshing swim before putting steaks and veggies on the grill. At dinner around 6, and then turned in early - both of us were pretty tired after 2 long days at sea!
