Current Location: Spanish Wells Yacht Haven, Eleuthera, Bahamas
Miles Traveled: 11 Weather: Mostly sunny, windy, mid-70s, showers during the night Highlights: Started out the day by testing out the anchor chain link - put a significant amount of stress on it to see if it would hold, and all looks good. Raised anchor around 10, and motored east over to Spanish Harbor. Checked into the marina, then walked around the town, and had lunch at Buddah's. Met the owner (Buddah Pinder), who was nice enough to chauffeur us around town in his souped-up golf cart. Took us to get some fishing gear, then dropped us off at the grocery store, where we picked up some fresh produce. Walked back to the boat, then Terry met some guys at the marina bar, and was able to buy 5 pounds of fresh fish from one of them (California Yellowtail??), which we'll plan to eat tomorrow. Light fare for dinner tonight, and early bed.
